If your awards are changeable, keep checking availability on ZRH-LHR as it may open up closer to departure. Economy is absolutely fine on such a short trip and preferable to changing airports in my opinion.

Otherwise the journey from LCY is pretty arduous whichever way you do it. On the plus side, landing at LCY is a very cool experience, especially if it's a nice day.
