Not sure what the final DL regs will be, but of the 5 remaining 717s at Blue1, 2 are leased from Falko Regional Aircraft (OH-BLN and OH-BLO). The other 3 are leased from Pembroke Capital (OH-BLP, OH-BLJ, and OH-BLQ). [source: planespotters.net]
