They do have windows... just not where you can see anything easily out of them.

Think of the typical CW situation where from your seat you can usually see three windows, but only the one in the middle can you really get close enough to look out without a bit of a stretch. That's the one that's missing.

The other two are either mostly obscured by the "wings" at the top of your seat, or far enough in front of you that you'd have to take off your seatbelt and crouch on the floor in front of your seat to look out easily.

Still a nice private seat, and what it's got going for it is aisle access without climbing over someone else.
