How to tell the version of the POS:
- Old version has the red spot logo and screen (something like that, I never paid CLOSE attention)
- New version has a house on the bottom right of the screen with a dominant white background.

I have only been doing loads at the customer service desk, so rarely have been able to see their prompts. I've been trying for the past WEEK to poke around the new system - my past few posts have been about this experience.

K8 needs to be pressed TWICE in my instance. This means there is a sub set of menus after the first K8.

I want to find out why some RedCards can be swiped at the POS and some (mine) had to swiped at the Pin Pad.
