I had a had a chat with a concierge at one of the U.S. stations...she asked on my thoughts on the program over the years. The centralized Concierge line came up and how nobody seems to like he impersonal its become but understands why it needed to be done.

One topic that did come up was how there is really no incentive to fly more than 100k with AC and how the system doesn't recognize anything greater than MM. Whether a passenger is MM or 2MM there really isn't a way for her to know unless she drills down further into the customer profile.
