Please provide data point if anyone in the same situation. My data point supports that:
3/20: Approved for 1 (charge)
4/28: Approved for 2 (both credit)
6/22: Applied, but instantly cancelled. No HP. Reason provided online: Maximum number of cards approved within a time period.

But the thing is 3/20 to 6/22 is over 90 days.
