How poor.

If they start cancelling big time then BA could lose custom. I know people who travel frequently and actively avoid BA because they became fed up with cancellations due to lack of staff.

If it's 744 captains that are one of the issues I'll be keeping my eye on the TATL flights and if it looks unpredictable them it might put me off using BA.
