How do I get rid of a "case number"? This is ridiculous, if the people who answer the phone can't take care of my situation, I would rather take a bus to Quito to join my SCY flight than sit in limbo with no answer.

Is there ANY number I can call to get someone who either knows what they are doing or can at least delete the stupid "case number" so I can plan accordingly?
