What an odd and incongruous artist's rendering (all that greenery and outdoor space in rainy Portland? And an outdoor pool?) when you consider the busy urban block where it will be located (looks like there's just a parking lot there now so it will be a completely new build).

But I can't wait to try it out, either.

(but I wish it would have an indoor pool)
