The LM Picadilly has a great location, but their lounge doesn't come anywhere close to the quality of the Hilton lounges in London. Neither in quality of food or beverage, nor ambience. I hope you're not including Hilton London Olympia Hotel's diamond lounge. I found it to be lower quality than what I'd expect from an international lounge. Their food offerings seemed like a carbon copy of skimpier US lounges. The only saving grace was free alcohol during happy hour.
I was also less than impressed with the room I was assigned. I was there 2 years ago; I sincerely hope that they've improved since then.
