we have been on 5 LH tatl biz class airbus flights through fra, and one klm biz class tatl flights recently(through ams). the early biz class seats really sucked(pre 2013, maybe even 2014). lumpy and hard. the last 4 flights in 2015, the hardware has been fine. i do not like lh service, but it is ok the wine selection is cheap. we did not have enough time to make a lounge. the transfer times were burned up getting from one place to another at fra and ams. at fra, the person would not let us ride up 2 flights of stairs on elevator. what a bunch of trash the whole thing be. all you have to do to get moved is call a phone to germany two days in advance and make a reservation
