When are you departing? 18:40 flight seems not cancelled anytime of this year. If 18:40 flight is still operating, they cannot bump you off just because the flight is full. If yours was an award booking, they should open revenue seats for you.
The ICN-SIN leg is 7/30/15. Looking online, they do not seem to have that flight for some reason.
ETA: KE said the flight was cancelled for "operational issues".
