Other than CC signups & flying what are some other great ways to earn bonus miles for AA? I've spent some time on pointshound and rocketmiles but I don't love the deals. Any other recommendations? I'm planning a 3 week trip to hawaii and would like to maximize the amount of earning potential for my aa miles balance.
