But seriously, the friend who claimed that BR treats foreign devils better was also claiming that this is the main difference between them and China Airlines. OTOH, at least until his retirement he mostly flew F on China Airlines. Plus, I would not be 100% sure his views would not be colored by politics; a topic I did not really want to explore.
When we flew TPE-CDG earlier this year, we were all on the same flight. But not seated very close. I could not tell that there was any difference. Nor did my mandarin-speaking companion. Only difference I could see, one FA laughed with her as the bimbo across the aisle asked for leftover food before arrival.
