AB is operated by AirBaltic, so I think a OneWorld status won't help in this case either, right?
For Oneworld it is normally the marketing carrier that is the deciding factor, as opposed to *A's principle of the operating carrier. So if you are on an Air Berlin code share with Air Baltic, that will count as an Air Berlin flight in all FFPs. With luggage there are some exceptions though, but that should be written on the homepage of Air Berlin.
