Seriously? Have you been on those flights recently? For the last year+ it's went downhill massively in quality, and then last fall it got prematurely changed to the new "DeltaOne" standards of all-on-one-tray (lesser quantity and variety). It's more like the bento box you can buy at JR stations to eat on train than kaiseki (in fact, even not up at that par).

It used to be pretty good, but recently it's getting worse and worse, as Delta keeps cheapening and cheapening their premium cabin experience and service and obviously keeps cutting more and more costs.
