About 175 bucks more per ticket (2 seats) -- 350 vs 525.

Thanks, I think something more strange is happening though. I really don't get how the fare buckets work any more I guess.

When I search now, the original two legs are now back at the original price, with lots of extra seats in the fare bucket it is booking into. I can find the pair of flights I want on the o/w search but at the higher price.

What is strange to me, and perhaps someone can explain to me what is happening, is that when i look at the fare buckets, the inventory in the fare buckets on the second leg (the leg that is not changing) is completely different depending on which first leg it is connected to. If I try to piece together the flights using multi destination, it will price out at the higher price, regardless of which of the first two legs I choose.
