Could someone please give me the expected result of the status and if i would get any lounge access at all during my trip?

Are you travelling from ORD-JFK on the same day on which you are travelling from JFK-LHR. If you are, then you will get lounge access. If you will be stopping over or have an overnight transit, then will not get lounge access

AA doesn't provide this where there are stopovers , so there is more information needed to determine eligibility at ORD
