The entire confrontation was pretty strange, really. She basically said:
"I like your shirt (very sarcastically)"- Her
"Thanks!" -Kev
"But I'm actually a Doctor!" - Her
"So am I!" - Kev
"Yeah...okay...." (HUGE EXAGGERATED EYE ROLL) - Her

But hey, we were sitting up front. I had so much Krug I almost completely forgot about her!
