I stayed here this past weekend and booked a Bosphorus Suite with points. At checkin they guy said we were upgraded to a Bosphorus Suite. I told him that's what I booked, but he said twice that the system shows we were upgraded. We weren't. I thought about fighting it but was too tired after dealing with the traffic. The service in the restaurant during breakfast was terrible. I couldn't pay to get a refill on coffee. The executive lounge next door was underwhelming. That being said, the room was amazing, the view was even better. The room didn't have the stuffed bear or rubber duck, which was disappointing. I still had a good stay, but I felt like they could do more.
