Anyone typically know what National's hourly rate is? I have a 8:30 am return time next tuesday and I was hoping to bump it back to 9:30 but to modify my reservation results in a HUGE jump in price ($77 to $300).

Nationals site says 29 minute grace period. If I asked at the counter upon pickup, will they extend it to 9:30 for no cost or little cost?
