No buy up option i was really nice and smooth in my approach and the girl working the desk was happy with me.
Also good news! the Westin apologized . Not sure if they would actually retrain the team lol but i really like what they are doing especially since my next stay is a 4 night stay( not with points). P.S you get free coffee in the morning and pressing of clothes with the suite which is nice.

P.S i only asked for the breakfast since the club room type states free breakfast also a suite costs 300 bucks a night at this hotel! but it seems i got a double bedroom suite which goes for 1200 dollars a night! amazing
