you nailed it right there. life on the JFK-TLV route became tremendously less upgrade friendly after they moved to 777

that route used to be filled with all the good fortunes of UGs and OP-Ups to boot. Now, it's a completely different reality..

maybe another reason to move to AA and their PHL-TLV
