I am looking for online travel agencies that have fixed dollar cash payments from rebate sited.

The only one that I am aware of right now is Hotelwiz.com -- a reasonable number of dollars per night are available through mr rebates and top cash back.

Does anyone have any experience with this -- do the rebates actually get paid? Are there any other travel agencies with fixed dollar payments ? Which ones?
A few percent can back does not help me as my bookings tend to be under twenty dollars each. Thank you
