In case you're WL...Would never buy M fares on stations were you are not able to upgrade yourself on the DoD. Delta can be quit stingy releasing them, even with 9 seats available they will or will not release them.

If you have the instruments/possibility for DoD upgrades...then i have no problem purchasing M fares.
