I would eat the fruit and lettuce leaf. The ham on the sandwich is very questionable; I might eat it in a pinch. I would grab a couple of pieces of fruit from the snack basket.

It's all really bad processed "food" loaded with sodium, sugar, "preservatives" and no one really knows what else.

I am a runner and I do not eat airline food in general. The only exception is when I have already had several drinks on the connecting flight and am hungry...that not only helps me put aside the horrible health aspects of airline food but it tends to make it taste better
