You can get your BA PNR to load into MMB which will show details of all your flights including the Virgin ones but you will only be able to change seats on your BA flights. In BA’s MMB it says that the Virgin seats will be available at check-in but we chose our seats via Virgin’s website.

Interestingly, our Virgin flights are showing as “First”. It will be good to be able to compare their offering to BA’s.
The VS flights are showing 'First' on the outbound for my friend but 'Business' on the way back.

Obviously its just Upper Class both ways and both are booked into the cheapest Z bucket, so its interesting why Priceline has classified them differently
