It's interesting to see this post in this reawakened thread. Looks like precious little happened.

And, looking at the html files from the website offers a clue why: all files seem to be edited by hand and not even validated before posting: most of them only display at all because error handling in modern browsers is so good.

If Lan IT can't even get this simple stuff right I don't hold out a lot of hope for more complicated matters.

(On a side note it was a running joke that Garuda kept their res system in a welded-shut building because any time someone touched it they broke something.)

I'm not doing to dis their CS tele staff though: on the whole they've been life savers. Ditto /some/ of their back office people. Some of the others though I would cheerfully strangle.
