Stayed there last summer for two nights (we live in YYZ but had a function in the area) and everything was solid.

We were happy with the stay and no complaints about the property (hard product or soft). Room was clean and in good repair.

Location is good for a number of downtown highlights (as previously mentioned). St. Lawrence market is a nice visit (voted some sort of best food market in NAmerica or such) and the area has a number of restaurants that are good for sitting out.
