The lounge has been open when I've gone through it, including last week when I was there last. It didn't show on MMB in my case. But indeed charter only at the moment (which I will take up the line for further consideration), I was presumably there the same day as vscxfan. As noted, in the link below, BA is listed outside the lounge as an airline that has access.
