CTA isn't in the oneworld database.
I didn't check that; I looked in our own database in the sticky, which shows it as standard BA rules.

I do recollect previous discussions on quality of lounges and I did think previously BA pax could use the Sala VIP. Never tried it myself as last time I went to CTA they hadn't built any lounges.
