Great thread! Marking down many items on this list. Can anyone recommend a food tour? We usually like to start off a trip with one to get our bearings and some good food along the way. We'll also be there in early July and were thinking of the Culinary Backstreets tours. They are touted on the Istanbul Eats site mentioned above. Those guys tended to agree with most of Bourdain's stops with exception of the fancy places.
