I've never missed that upgrade (even as a lowly FO last year), but you should be able to get a bloody mary, bloody maria or other social beverage.

If the FA's want to say "this flight too quick for service", as they are apt to do every now on then on this leg, just ping the FA button and you should be able to get served.

As for "premium" snacks, every once in a while I see the FA from first go back to C+ with the first class snack basket, but most of the time its just the regular snacks on the BUF-JFK/LGA flights.
