I am currently checked in i asked to be upgraded to the club floor and was granted this as a Spg gold however the check in person said i would not be able to access the club lounge? is this correct?

NVM i was just told in fact i can access it . If you are Spg gold make sure to ask to be on the club floor with a smile.
