If the OP kept the original confirmation email, there is the option of sending that to the customer service...
I did keep that email and forwarded as a reply to the first communication already. So I will wait to hearing from them again tomorrow probably.
There is no way customer can know about tour fare as we only see ticket type. This is what I mostly feel upset about. It is like being cheated or betrayed as the price is much more than a ticket for 50% if I bought it directly from AB website.
