The communication has been in place and the first response is negative to me :
Thank you for contacting Finnair Plus.
I have now double checked with another department regarding your points for AY5219 GOT - TXL and AY5332 TXL - ARN.
When it's a codeshare flight with Air Berlin it's correct that you have earned 50% of the points for travelling in booking classes V and N and 10% extra when you are a Silver member.
If it would have been a ticket with "Codeshare ticket type" on it, for example Value, it would have been 100% of the points. Now you can see on the ticket that the ticket type or "Fare Basis" is NTOUR2SE and VTOUR2SE.
"If flight is marketed by Finnair and operated by another carrier (AY4001-AY6999) points will be credited according flight distance.
NOTE! If there is a ticket type on codeshare ticket, points will be earned based on the ticket type percentage and the distance flown."
Apart from this email, they always say that it is AB to give the points, not AY in case of codeshare flight !!
I do not know that much but I will try to deal with the info I have. I know it is not a big deal but this should be set right; otherwise, it can be wrong for another time.
