Do you mean the Alitalia Bellini Lounge which is a Skyteam Lounge or the SAC VIP LOUNGE ? as it looks like its not just BA who dont have a lounge agreement, but LX, TK, as well as BA dont have any lounge access setup for there business class / FFP members..

Which makes me think something is a miss at CTA..
