But, I realized it only a day after that the agent put extra letters in my first name during booking. Hence, I am unable to change it now.
The real name is Aakash, but the passenger first name is written as AakashMr. So stupid!
Will this be a problem? If so, is there a way I can edit it?

Without knowing if English is your first language: It doesn't seem as if your first name had extra letters added it it. Rather, it appears that your salutation (Mr., an abbreviation for mister) is simply crammed against your first name. English speaking agents and immigration officials shouldn't look twice at it.
