I am looking at buying the T678i from Amazon since they are offering it free after rebates, but I need to purchase today.

For those of you who purchased this phone with T-Mobile service from Amazon:

Are you satisfied with your phone and service?

If the phone has problems after 30 days, who do you work with to get it fixed; Amazon or T-Mobile?

Are you still having luck with T-Mobile unlocking it?

Thanks in advance for your replies.

Other than playing with it at the store, I haven't used the T68i. While it has lots of fans, I can tell you from my quick experience that the menus are VERY slow compared to some other phones. Additionally, some people complain that reception isn't as good as other phones.

I would suggest heading over to Howard Forums at http://www.howardforums.com (It's like a FlyerTalk of the cellphone world.)
