Question Codeshare ticket from AY website

Hello everyone,

I am newbie to AY+ and I need your experience to help me out.

Early of May, I purchased a ticket for GOT-TXL v.v. on AY website and I chose 'Value' ticket because I learn from the point earning table that I would earn 100% points on that route plus 10% as for Silver AY+. I got a ticket with 105 ticket number and flight is issued as AY5219 and AY5334 and mentioned that it is Value ticket and N class.

Later one I needed to reissue the ticket with call cerntre to GOT-TXL-ARN and I need to pay fee plus fare difference.

After I flew those flights in early June, I did not earn points so I made a claim. In a few days, I got the points into my account :

04.06.2015 AY 5219 (N) GOT-TXL + 413
07.06.2015 AY 5332 (V) TXL-ARN + 457

I have been in communication with AY+ customer service, I was informed that the ticket was issued as tour fare ticket (V,N) not as such ticket type (Value). Then according to the earning table, I can earn only 50% not 100%.

To my knowledge, how can any customer know when they buy codeshare ticket on AY website about tour fare ticket since all communication is ticket type.

Please correct my knowledge and give me your experience for my knowledge.

I consider this as a good experience but very wrong communication from AY side. What do you say ?
