I am looking at buying the T678i from Amazon since they are offering it free after rebates, but I need to purchase today.

For those of you who purchased this phone with T-Mobile service from Amazon:

Are you satisfied with your phone and service?

If the phone has problems after 30 days, who do you work with to get it fixed; Amazon or T-Mobile?

Are you still having luck with T-Mobile unlocking it?
