Yes, BA needs to sort this out soon. If their calculator is not clearly showing the correct earnings then they could be accused of misleading customers.
Last year the calculator was showing double Tier Points for Iberia flights. I made bookings and then discovered that the information shown on ba.com was wrong. Eventually, after a strongly worded e-mail (seems to be my speciality!)

, they credited me with double TPs. I think that's fair play, as they admitted that the calculator was wrong.
