last night it was still showing as a 26J bird, so there's evidently a jet with a major mechanical somewhere ... 447/1162 this evening (lv JFK 5pm, lv LAX 930pm) and 412 (LAX-JFK at 1130am, the turn of 424) tomorrow are also showing as domestic configuration

424 actually departs JFK too early for my connection, so the only reason I discovered the tail swap was that I brought up the seat map to size up SDS opportunities (just in case we get in 15-20 min ahead of schedule tomorrow) ... no thanks! ...

the PM phone agent initially told me "sorry, SDC requires a First Class seat and the JFK-LAX flights are Business" ... I calmly said "no, that doesn't matter, it's premium cabin regardless of how a particular flight is marketed"; he checked with a supervisor and was back with profuse apologies in less than a minute
