BA are really shooting themselves in the foot by not fixing the calculator. It makes people think there’s been a mistake --> they ask on FT --> we advise them to claim the higher rate.

Once it’s fixed most people will simply use the calculator, think “oh, that’s a shame” and leave it at that.
