Hey guys, I'm coming over to BA after being a Virgin flyer for a long time.

I've searched around for a while, and would really like to upgrade my flight out to Buenos Aires on Saturday. I made the mistake of booking through a travel agent, they claim there are now no upgrades available to them. (However flight expert says there is more than enough room)

I was wondering at what point BA start to display POUG's to travel agent bookings. On the forums I've seen it range from 72 hours or during online check in.

Trying to make it a special flight, if anyone could give me some advice when to start checking MMB like a maniac that would be lovely!
