This is a big pet peeve of mine. It absolutely should be considered deceptive advertising since most FAs are not enforcing or paying attention to the overheads in First and C+. It's one thing when both sections are fully seated, then go ahead and fill the bins. But it's not acceptable for PAX to use those reserved bins when there are still empty seats up front. It happens on at least half of the flights I'm on.

I've always had to verify every one of my marketing claims with corporate counsel. Not sure why Delta product/marketing doesn't have to do the same.
