I don't think there are accesoories (i.e headset, car charger) included in this offer, but you can get those for under $10 on ebay. (I have done this for my last couple of phones)

In california, the lowest service amazon is offering is $39.99/months and includes 1000 anytime mins, free weekends(not nights/weekends), free LD and roaming in the US...
