The software on the T68i is also a HECK of alot less buggier that the t68. Also signal/cell site drop outs are less problematic with the T68i firmware.

Also *SOME* Sony Ericsson (ex/Ericsson) service centers can upgrade a T68 to T68i firmware for free... Our service center close to our German office did this no charge.
