Hello, I recently flew from LHR --> MAD --> EZE on Iberia (never again) and noticed that for the whole trip I only got 25 tier points and 5000 avios. The points calculator suggest that I should have got 50 tier points and 7000 avios.

I am a Silver member and booked the economy flights at the end of March for flights at the end of May.

Can anyone confirm that I should (or not) be getting more of each? And how would I go about contacting BA for this?
