The phones are locked; the worldphones (all but 3390 an T193) can be unlocked for free after a random period of time (between 24 hours and six months depending on who you ask). Send IMEI and phone # to [email protected] and they'll get back to you.

Those are some good prices, especially on the V60. The T68 is an old version that will cost you $40 to get updated. The Samsung is a very nice basic handset. The T193 is so bad that I wouldn't even take it for $100.
